Capacity of EDUSOFT derivates from well educated and trained IT professionals, proven in overcoming the most complex users’ needs. Full-time, IT permanent employees, fluctuates around 30, all technical university graduates, 7 of them holding master degrees. EduSoft incorporates perfect blend of experience and innovative enthusiasm. On the poles are, senior levels of employees, as well recently graduate students from IT universities. The core in the middle between poles consists of matured, experienced developers being with the company for many years.

Focal structural point of EduSoft company is its Software Development Division supported by the Administrative Office, and divisions for QA and ISO Standardization and System Software.

Each Software Development Department has principal business/system analyst & DB designer who leads a team of 6-7 developers (experts for various development fields).

System Software Support has a system engineer and a principal system analyst & engineer.

Software development team is consisted of:

  • System Analysts to assess customer needs and define requirements
  • Business Analysts and Application Facilitators to assist in the implementation of the system and managing the work environment
  • Technical Experts to assess platforms and integration issues
  • Experienced Senior and Junior programmers to develop applications and make necessary tailored-customization
  • Experienced external consultants – experts within the field.
